Tonight,October 29-30: Remaining cloudy,rainy,windy,and mild,with rain,heavy at times,and strong, damaging winds,which could gust past 60-mph,at times,from Hurricane Sandy,and a low temperature dropping to the middle and upper 50's,overnight.As of 4PM,EDT,it's 60 degrees and raining lightly,with 86% humidity,and a northeast wind at 28-mph,gusting to 52-mph,at times,in White Plains,NY,and it's 62 degrees and raining,with 88% humidity,and a northeast wind at 32-mph,gusting to 44-mph,at times,in New York City

Tomorrow,October 30: Remaining cloudy,rainy,and windy,as Hurricane Sandy departs the region,with a chance for more rain and coastal flooding,and winds gusting past 40-mph,at times,and a high temperature of around 60 degrees.

Tomorrow night,October 30-31: Remaining cloudy and rainy,with winds gradually subsiding,and a chance for more rain showers,and a low temperature dropping to around 50 degrees,overnight.

Wednesday,October 31: Halloween 2012 will be turning mostly cloudy and much cooler than recent days, with a chance for,mainly morning rain showers,and a high temperature in the lower and middle 50's,and a much colder than recent nights low temperature dropping to 40-45 degrees,overnight.
