Cleveland: April to Kick Off With Plenty of Rain

The new month will begin with plenty of clouds and rain showers in the Cleveland area this week.
Rain showers are in the forecast nearly everyday for the first week of April, accompanied by mostly cloudy skies and even some breezy winds on occasion.

Despite the rain, temperatures will be more mild this week with the highest temperature of the week on April Fool's Day, or April 1, 2014. Temperatures on the first day of April will reach into the 60s.

Through Thursday, temperatures will hover in the upper 40s until Friday when temperatures hit the 50 F mark. Weekend temperatures will also remain in the 50s.
Despite the milder weather, overnight temperatures through the week will remain near the freezing mark.
By the end of the weekend, skies will clear on Sunday, and the sunshine will return for just the day.
Looking ahead to next week, rain will return to the city on Monday.
