Minneapolis: Near-Normal Temperatures to Return for April

The start of April will mark more normal temperatures for Minneapolis, providing a relief from the lasting impacts of winter.
While temperatures on April Fool's Day will still hover near the freezing mark, beginning Wednesday temperatures will rise to near average for this time of year.

By midweek, temperatures will reach into the 40s, closer to the city's average temperature of 49 F. Temperatures will remain in the 40s through Saturday.

Cloudy skies will also be present in the area through Friday, but skies will clear and the sun will return right in time for the weekend on both Saturday and Sunday.
Despite milder weather for Minneapolis, overnight temperatures will remain at or below the freezing mark for the entirety of the week.
Rain showers are possible on Thursday and Friday, and some snow flurries may even make another appearance in the city on Friday.
