Minneapolis: Storms Linger for Memorial Day

Stormy, unsettled weather will roll into Minneapolis for the Memorial Day holiday and is expected to remain through Tuesday.
Memorial Day will be graced with times or clouds and sunshine and highs in the 80s, but a shower or thunderstorm is possible during the afternoon hours. A couple of showers could remain through Monday evening.
The afternoon showers could lead to delays for the Memorial Day matchup between the Minnesota Twins and Texas Rangers at Target Field. First pitch is set for 1:10 p.m. CDT.

Tuesday will remain warm with highs in the mid-80s, although there will be a couple of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Showers could continue into Tuesday evening which could affect the second game of the series between the Twins and Rangers.

Sunshine is expected to return to the city Wednesday and Thursday although the temperatures are expected to remain in the 80s.
Overnight lows through Thursday are expected to sit in the mid-60s.
