Sunny skies with pleasant temperatures will rule through the weekend across the Chicago area.
Daytime highs will be in the mid-70s, just slightly below normal for this time of September. Nighttime lows will be in the upper 50s to around 60 F.

The weather will cooperate for the Chicago White Sox and their fans as the team closes out its season against the Kansas City Royals, finishing Sunday at U.S. Cellular Field.
It will also be excellent football weather on Sunday afternoon as the Chicago Bears take on the Green Bay Packers at Soldier Field for a noon CDT kickoff.
