Boston: Early Week Showers to Precede Dry, Seasonable Midweek

Showers will dot the Boston area early this week before a turn to a dry and seasonable midweek.
Monday will not be a washout as the showers will be spotty in nature, allowing parts of the city and the day to be dry; temperatures will remain on the cool side for late April as well.
Regardless, those with outdoor plans should prepare for some interruptions or have other rain gear handy. The heaviest showers can even produce small hail.
Most of the showers will diminish as the Red Sox take on the Blue Jays at Fenway Park Monday evening, but anyone heading to the game should take some rain gear.

A stray shower or two will hang on into Tuesday along with a gusty northerly breeze. AccuWeather RealFeel® temperatures will hold in the lower 50s in the afternoon due the winds and limited sun.
Wednesday will be a noticeably nicer day with more sunshine and light winds.
A little rain may return late this week, but it will depend on the track of a coastal low. At this point, chances are favoring the storm will stay offshore.
