CONDITIONS TONIGHT...AND CONSIDER REDUCING SPEED AS A
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE WHEN TRAVELING ON UNTREATED OR ELEVATED

NYC: Temperatures to ease for storm cleanup; Friday's storm bears watching
