This system was located over 300 miles west of the southern tip of Baja California, as of Wednesday evening, local time.

Current Storm Information, Infrared Satellite Image
Roslyn will curl toward the northwest through Thursday, according to the National Hurricane Center forecast.

Projected Path
However, it will do so as a remnant low.
Wind shear and colder water are quickly leading to this system's demise as it remains well off the Baja California peninsula.
Unlike with Hurricane Paine, little, if any, remnant moisture from this system will be drawn into Baja California and the Southwest U.S.
